About the Role

As a summer temp, you will work with providing individually adapted care to our customers in their homes. Tasks may include personal care, assistance with meals, medication management, light household chores, social support, and documentation. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts depending on the schedule and needs.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a genuine interest in helping other people based on their conditions. Education in healthcare as well as experience from elderly care is meritorious.
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Are empathetic, sensitive, and flexible.
• See and value people's differences and actively contribute to diversity and inclusion.
• Have good teamwork skills and thrive in both independent and team-oriented tasks.
• A B driver's license is meritorious.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Additional Information

The positions are summer temporary assignments located in Hemse, Klinte, and Visby. The length and scope of employment may vary depending on needs and agreement. Start date is by agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, so please send your application as soon as possible.
