The goal of home healthcare is collaboration to provide good and safe care, ensuring that patients feel secure and well-received.

District nurses and registered nurses work either during the day with area responsibility, or during evenings and nights. During these times, in addition to caring for home healthcare patients, you are also responsible for the elderly housing facilities managed by the Social Services and LSS group homes. You also work on behalf of 1177 and the palliative care team.

Your responsibilities

As a registered nurse in home healthcare, you carry out both planned and emergency interventions across Gotland. In addition to patient-facing work such as assessments, examinations, information, and counseling, you play a key role in collaborating with the basic staff.

We are currently seeking registered nurses for evening and/or night shifts, including weekend duty. Our shifts start at 16:30 for evening work and at 21:00 or 22:00 for night work, offering a great opportunity to combine family, leisure, and work!

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with experience in the profession. A specialist education is an advantage.

You are confident in making independent decisions and are accustomed to working in close collaboration with others. We work extensively in teams, which requires good cooperation skills. It is an advantage if you are relationship-oriented and are perceived as empathetic and attentive in your interactions with patients and colleagues.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
