Do you want to be the hub of an operation where quality, care, and good service are in focus?

We are now looking for an engaged and structured coordinator who wants to contribute to creating security for our customers and a well-functioning workflow for our employees.

About the position

As a coordinator within home care services, you play a central role in the operation. You are responsible for daily planning using a digital planning tool, staffing, and serve as the contact person for customers, relatives, and staff. You also maintain contact with health centers and social secretaries. You ensure that interventions are carried out according to plan and that the operation maintains high quality.

The position is scheduled Monday–Friday during daytime hours. One day a week, you work approximately 3 hours on external service visits to customers to maintain operational insight and customer contact. The remaining working hours are based at the office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily operations.
  • Create, adjust, and follow up on staff schedules.
  • Responsible for staffing during short- and long-term sick leave, as well as other absence matters.
  • Act as the contact person for customers and relatives.
  • Conduct home visits to new customers and follow-ups when necessary.
  • Participate in the creation and follow-up of implementation plans.
  • Responsible for the introduction and supervision of new employees.
  • Responsible for ongoing administration, documentation, and handling of incoming calls according to current guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager, employees, and external actors.
  • Perform care work at customers' homes one day per week.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience working in home care, elderly care, or similar operations.
  • Has strong organizational skills and enjoys planning, coordinating, and solving problems.
  • Is service-oriented and has a professional attitude.
  • Easily builds trusting relationships with customers, relatives, and employees.
  • Is responsible, flexible, and handles stress well.
  • Has good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
  • Is proficient in computer use.
  • Thrives in an operation where the pace is sometimes high and where you may need to quickly reprioritize and find solutions.

Merits
