At Attendo, we are now looking for a Healthcare Assistant for Attendo Regementsgatan in Visby.

About the role

As a Healthcare Assistant or Care Aide with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a large part of your role, as is contributing with activities that enrich the everyday lives of our elderly residents.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Personal care according to the company's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assisting with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
• Documentation and working based on decided interventions.
• Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.
• Category B Driver's License.

Merits:

• Experience from care work in elderly care.
• Experience with delegation.
