About the role

Ramlösa Friskola and Hustomtens Preschool are located in a beautiful natural area with great opportunities for play, exploration, and activities in the surrounding environment. The preschool's approximately 100 children are distributed across seven units, which are divided into three different preschool buildings.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified preschool teacher and is well-versed in the preschool's governing documents.
• Has a positive attitude and builds trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.
• Is open to new ideas and perspectives but can also confidently make independent decisions when needed.
• Has the ability to create an educational, joyful, and developmental learning environment with a clear pedagogical purpose.
• Sees opportunities rather than obstacles and contributes to a positive work climate.

About the position:

As a preschool teacher with us, you plan, implement, document, and develop teaching based on the curriculum and governing documents. Together with your colleagues, you organize the activity from a holistic perspective, continuously monitoring, documenting, and analyzing the children's development and learning to ensure quality. You also adapt teaching and activities to each child's prerequisites and interests.

The position begins at 90% during the first term, thereafter 100%.
