What you can expect

As a personal assistant, you work closely with an individual and provide support in their daily life based on the person's unique needs, wishes, and life situation. The tasks vary and can include everything from personal care and household chores to accompanying the person to work, studies, leisure activities, and social events.

The work is relationship-oriented and built on trust, respect, and attentiveness. You will have the opportunity to be a vital support contributing to independence, security, and quality of life. The role requires responsibility, flexibility, and commitment – but also offers meaningful work where you truly make a difference in another person's life.
