Vocational Teacher in Masonry/Tiling/Concrete – Temporary Position at Movant Malmö

Movant in Malmö is looking for an engaged and competent vocational teacher specializing in masonry, tiling, and concrete for a temporary position from July to December 2026, with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for you who want to strengthen our team in construction. Currently, the team consists of six vocational teachers, and we are now welcoming another colleague. Here, you will become part of a competent and collaborative work team, an engaged school-wide team, and an operation characterized by a good and positive school culture. This position is a temporary replacement for one of our vocational teachers.

Responsibilities

As a vocational teacher, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching within the construction education program. You guide our adult education students in both practical and theoretical modules, contributing to maintaining high quality education that meets industry requirements.

The role includes:

• Teaching, leading, and motivating students in their learning
• Monitoring knowledge development and goal achievement
• Conducting workplace learning (APL) visits and working on securing internship placements
• Documenting and conducting development dialogues
• Participating in collegial learning and school development
• Contributing to professional development

You work actively to put the student at the center and create conditions for every student to thrive, develop, and achieve their educational goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of work experience from the construction industry
• Holds professional certification in masonry, tiling, and/or concrete
• Has experience supervising apprentices or interns
• Has good digital competence and the ability to adapt teaching to students' needs
• Is well-versed in, or has the ability to familiarize yourself with, relevant regulatory documents
