Your responsibilities
As a primary and lower secondary school teacher in Leksand Municipality, you work pedagogically and socially based on the organization's goals and guidelines, as well as current regulatory documents. The teaching responsibilities for this position are shaped based on the organization's needs, your subject qualifications, and your pedagogical professional experience. Your duties include class/mentorship, collegial collaboration in various forums, communication and collaboration with guardians as well as other schools and authorities. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in various development projects focusing on teaching quality and increased goal fulfillment.
Your profile
- We are looking for you who are a certified primary and lower secondary school teacher with the qualification to teach grades 4-6
- Practical experience in the teaching profession is meritorious
As a person, you are flexible and accustomed to planning your work independently. You are solution-oriented and have a good ability to view situations from a holistic perspective.
You are also clear, confident, and creative, and have the ability to inspire our students. You enjoy collaborating in a team and sharing your experiences for collegial learning that contributes to development at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Together with your colleagues, you work to create a safe, structured, developmental, and stimulating learning environment for the students.

About the workplace
Tällberg School is a F-6 school with an after-school center, beautifully located in Tällberg, approx. 1.5 miles outside central Leksand, with proximity to a rich nature and cultural life. The school has three teaching teams - grades F-3 and grades 4-6, as well as the After-school Center. Collaboration for pedagogical development is central, and the principal's area also includes Ullvi, Siljansnäs, and Gärde schools as collaboration partners to enable rich collegial learning. In addition, Leksand schools collaborate continuously on various targeted competence development initiatives. Leksand Municipality's primary schools work with lifelong learning in safe environments.
