Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate handover review activities and follow-up work.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, as well as document and follow up on actions.
  • Ensure structured and efficient communication between different functions.
  • Support problem-solving and coordination among internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze and ensure data quality in systems such as SAP, PLM, Qlik, and Microsoft 365.
  • Contribute to improvement work within processes and data quality.
  • Support work related to spare parts and material registration.
  • Maintain and update catalog and system information.
  • Drive and monitor activities to ensure delivery according to plan.

Your Profile

  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach.
  • You have good collaboration and communication skills in English (Swedish is a strong asset).
  • You thrive in coordinating work between multiple different functions and stakeholders.
  • You have an interest in data quality, systems, and process improvements.
  • You are accustomed to working administratively and with a system-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP, PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter or PLM360), Qlik, or similar tools. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 is required.
  • A university degree in administration is preferred.
  • Experience from industry, service, manufacturing, or gas turbine operations.
  • Experience with material registration or spare parts work.
