We are currently looking for an Internal Consultant Manager Assistant for our office in Luleå – a flexible part-time role where you will receive training, development, and a varied, fast-paced daily routine.
In the role of Consultant Manager Assistant, you will support our Consultant Managers and assist in various parts of the recruitment process to help our corporate clients find the right talent. You do not need prior experience in recruitment – if you have the right drive, engagement, and willingness to learn, we will provide you with the tools to succeed. For the right person, there are also good opportunities to develop further within the company in the long run.

As a Consultant Manager Assistant with us, you will sit in our newly renovated office in central Luleå together with happy and driven colleagues. Responsibilities
In the role of Consultant Manager Assistant, you will work approximately two days a week. The schedule is set weekly based on the workload of the following week, as well as the opportunities available based on your schedule. Note that we view it very positively if you are flexible and can assist during evenings and weekends during periods of high workload.
As a Consultant Manager Assistant at our office in Luleå, you will support our Consultant Managers and help with all parts of the recruitment process. This includes helping to write job ads, candidate selection via CV screening, phone screenings, and reference checks. In the long run, you may also conduct your own interviews and take full responsibility for simpler processes. The role also involves assisting with administration related to employment, such as rolling out schedules, administering employment contracts, and salary documentation. In the role of Consultant Manager Assistant, you will have a varied daily routine where no day is the same, and you will interact with many contacts – from candidates and consultants to internal employees.
At PN, you will get all the tools to develop and build a career in recruitment. You will work together with the other assistant teams around Sweden to manage daily operations.

We would like you to:
- Have another main job today but want to develop within recruitment and HR part-time
- Be communicative and confident in contact with people
- Have good administrative skills and be meticulous
- Speak and write fluent Swedish
Previous experience in service, administration, sales, leadership, or customer contact is meritorious.
