About the Role
We are looking for a Coach in Luleå to work within the TSL Transition Fund and the "Rusta och matcha" (Prepare and Match) service. In this role, you will work closely with participants, both individually and in groups, where you motivate, support, and guide them towards employment or studies. You will create action plans, follow up on interventions, and contribute creative solutions to help each individual move forward.

A key part of the job is actively building and developing relationships with local employers to create job opportunities. The role also includes administration such as documentation and reporting. You will become part of an engaged team and collaborate with colleagues in other locations.

Employment
Fixed-term contract for 6 months with possibilities for extension. Start date: July 1st.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 7 years of work experience
• Has at least 3 years of experience in transition/coaching
• Has relevant post-secondary education (minimum 180 ECTS credits or equivalent)
• Has good knowledge of the labor market and preferably a local network
• Is self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
• Has strong communication skills and a coaching mindset
• Has good digital competence

A valid driver's license and access to a car are required for this role.
