Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an Education Administrator for the municipal adult education (Komvux) in Gällivare, where the main task will be to work with service and support for students, staff, the principal, as well as external contacts. You will perform generally common administrative tasks (e.g., information, telephone, student service, student registration, supplier invoices, statistical reporting). You will also have close collaboration with other persons in the administrative team.

We work in various digital systems such as Edlevo and Canvas for student management, Personec for employee self-service (salary, etc.), Agresso economic system, and O365 with all its functions.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a high school education, preferably with an administrative focus. Experience in similar tasks is meritorious. As a person, you are independent, proactive, flexible, and solution-focused, with a professional and service-oriented attitude. You have good collaboration skills and the ability to develop work together with others in the team. You are creative, meticulous, and find solutions where the students' best interests are in focus. You have a positive attitude towards using new technology. It is meritorious if you have good knowledge of the structure and content of adult education.
