Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have a relevant post-secondary education, or equivalent education or knowledge that the employer considers equivalent. We also require that you have good computer skills, that you can express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and that you hold a category B driver's license. Previous experience of leading project assignments through entire processes is considered an advantage. Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) is also considered an advantage.

You work in a structured manner, prioritize, and take responsibility for your work in an efficient way. Furthermore, we expect you to have clear communication with your surroundings and to be able to adapt your communication style based on the target audience and situation. You have the ability to act and make decisions in a considerate manner, as well as handle and analyze complex issues and problems. You also have a holistic view and work long-term based on the needs of the operations.

What you will work with

As a coordinator, you will work with calling in existing contracted hired healthcare personnel, competitive tendering, and handling the region's procurement issues regarding external staffing of healthcare personnel. You are responsible for administering and carrying out purchases in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU).

Furthermore, you will participate in the region's long-term development work related to staffing, such as environmental scanning, investigative work, and strategic decisions. This is with the aim of achieving cost-effective purchases and more efficient cooperation with the region's Staffing Centre and calling-in function.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with working hours during daytime, Monday-Friday. Start date by agreement, selection and interviews take place continuously and the position may be filled before the last application date.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
