Adult education plays a vital role in society's competence supply, integration, and regional development. We are now looking for a Business Developer who wants to contribute to the development of adult education in close collaboration with working life, the municipality, and other societal actors.

Here, you will work with development issues in an organization undergoing change and constant evolution. This role is suitable for someone who thrives on analysis, coordination, and development work, and who wishes to contribute to long-term societal development through education and competence supply.

Responsibilities

As a Business Developer, you will work closely with the School Director and the management team on cross-organizational development issues. The role is both strategic and operational, meaning you will contribute to the long-term development of adult education through analysis, environmental scanning, collaboration, and direct change management.

You will work in close dialogue with the School Director, Principals, and Unit Managers. In this role, you will collaborate with working life, authorities, and other municipalities, contributing to the development of adult education's ability to meet changing needs regarding competence supply, integration, and the municipality's development.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• produce analyses and decision support materials related to the development and dimensioning of adult education
• work with environmental scanning and national reforms within the adult education sector
• coordinate and drive development and change processes
• contribute to long-term planning of educational offerings
• coordinate procurement and follow-up of external education providers
• develop administrative and organizational processes
• initiate and drive development projects and external funding
• develop strategic collaboration with working life, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Region, and other municipalities

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• have a relevant academic education in areas such as public administration, pedagogy, economics, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• have experience in development work within the public sector, preferably within adult education
• have strong analytical skills and can translate analysis into development and action
• are accustomed to working independently and driving processes forward
• have an aptitude for building relationships and collaborating with various actors
• communicate very well, both orally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have experience from adult education, competence supply issues, or work in a politically governed organization.

Permanent position, full-time. Start date according to agreement.
