We are looking for you who want to work on an as-needed basis for an adventurous and humorous young man who needs a calm and pedagogical approach. The young man has a high care need where he needs help with everything from toilet visits and hygiene to activation in the afternoons.

As a personal assistant, you have a varied job where the day can include everything from daily chores, care, to accompanying him to entertainment and events.

The job involves supporting and motivating the client throughout the day. The young man's days should be filled with activities such as visiting swimming pools, listening to music, practicing words, numbers, and songs, walks, and play.

As a person, you need to be positive, humorous, tidy, used to taking initiative, patient, and passionate about helping others.

You are welcome to have experience in personal assistance or care work, but it is not a requirement; the greatest emphasis is placed on personal chemistry. The job involves some heavy transfers, so you should have good physical fitness and feel comfortable handling bodily fluids.

You must be non-smoking (required) and it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and access to a car, as the boy may be located in another area where public transport does not work. Your age should be approx. 25–45 years, and for communication between you and the client to function, you must master the Swedish language in speech and writing. It is desirable that you have a long-term perspective regarding your employment and that you can work extra as needed.
