We are looking for an Executive Assistant for one of our clients in Stockholm. We are seeking someone who is structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, and who wants to work closely with the company's leadership in a central and varied role. You will support senior executives in their daily work and contribute to ensuring that operations run efficiently and smoothly.

This role is suitable for you if you thrive taking significant responsibility, are efficient, structured, and meticulous, and can handle multiple tasks in parallel. You drive issues forward, create order in a dynamic environment, and maintain a professional attitude. You will serve as a key contact point between the leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

The company is a leader in its industry and operates on the global market. The corporate language is English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and administer documents, presentations, and reports
• Manage professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Follow up on and ensure tasks, projects, and activities are completed
• Support operations with administrative and coordination matters
• Contribute to efficient working methods and a well-functioning information flow

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least five years of experience in a similar role
• Has post-secondary education in economics, administration, or a relevant field
• Speaks and writes English fluently
• Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Is highly organized, communicative, and self-driven
• Has the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and prioritize effectively

About the position

• This is a recruitment process where you are initially employed as a consultant through us at The Place. After 6 months, there is an intention to transition into a direct employment with the client company.

• Working hours: Full-time with flexibility options
• Start date: Immediately or as agreed
