About the Role Are you the service professional we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are passionate about human interaction and want to create hospitality beyond the ordinary.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to set the tone for a prestigious service delivery in a vibrant and modern office building in central Stockholm. You will become the building's primary ambassador and create creative, inclusive, and value-adding meeting places for tenants, visitors, and future customers.

Together with your colleague, you ensure a warm, professional, and proactive reception for everyone in the building, while driving the development of the service concept forward.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Welcome, guide, and inspire visitors and tenants
  • Handle inquiries, access cards, and keys
  • Perform standard reception duties
  • Internal service and supplier contracts
  • Proactively work on development to raise the service level

You take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and have a knack for driving initiatives forward. With a professional and warm approach, you build trust and understand the value of a positive first impression. You thrive in coordinating, planning, and holding the whole picture together in a dynamic environment.

We would like you to:

  • Have substantial experience in service, preferably from a similar role
  • Have good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

About the Employment This position is permanent but with an initial six-month probation period. Scope: 100%. Working hours: Office hours. Start date: Immediately.
