Although much of the work is done independently, you are part of a team working towards common goals and contributing to the business unit's growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Process: Work with everything from advertising to offering a candidate a job. Experience the excitement of following a person's journey from CV to their dream job!
• Search/Headhunting: Strategic work with search and headhunting, primarily on LinkedIn, to identify and recruit leading talents that match our clients' specific needs.
• Administration: Handle selection, feedback to candidates, interview scheduling, contract writing, employment certificates, and payroll processing.

We are looking for you who

• Studies HR, Behavioral Science, Economics, or similar – and has at least approx. 1.5 years left of your studies.
• Has previous experience in service, customer contact, or similar, where you have taken initiative and responsibility.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

You are flexible, work in a structured manner, and take responsibility for delivering results. Other information

• Start: After summer in August
• Scope: Part-time, 2 days/week (08:00–17:00). Full-time is expected during summer and Christmas holidays.
• Location: Solnavägen 3h, 113 63 Stockholm
