Information about the position

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with our client, is looking for an IT Support Technician within 2nd line. The assignment is part of our staff leasing service. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at the client's site during an initial period. The intention is that you will eventually be hired directly by the client, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with support and troubleshooting of IT-related issues that require a deeper technical understanding. You will become an important part of the team and work closely with both users and other technical functions to ensure a stable and functional IT environment. The work is varied and suits you who enjoy combining technology, service, and problem-solving in your daily work.

Responsibilities include among other things:

  • Troubleshooting and handling of IT-related issues
  • Administration in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365
  • Support within networking and user support
  • Collaboration with other technical teams on more advanced issues
  • Documentation and improvement of working methods
  • Installation and handling of IT equipment as needed

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in IT support, service desk, or similar work
  • Has a technical interest and wants to develop further within IT
  • Has basic knowledge of Microsoft environments and networks
  • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Active Directory, Azure AD, or Office 365
  • ITIL or case management systems
  • PowerShell or scripting
