About the role We are currently looking for a Project Administrator for a position starting as soon as possible. The client operates in a socially critical industry, working to ensure that the country's infrastructure is maintained and functions optimally. This is a critical operation that impacts many people across the country, making high-quality maintenance essential. In this role, you will support the administrative work within the projects.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed as a consultant by Wrknest but work on-site at the client's premises. The assignment is for 12 months with the possibility of extension or permanent hire.

Your future responsibilities

The role of Project Administrator is varied, and no two days are alike. You will support your colleagues, such as project managers, foremen, and technicians, by managing the administrative processes to streamline the company's after-sales work. Your tasks will include collecting documentation, handling daily logs from field work, assisting with invoicing, taking minutes during meetings, and generally providing administrative support to the operational staff.

We are looking for someone with

• Experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and business systems

Additional qualifications are a plus

• Good knowledge of finance and invoicing
