About PRISMA Security

PRISMA Security is an authorized security company approved by the Swedish Police Authority and the County Administrative Board, headquartered in Stockholm.

Established in 2013, we have spent the years managing order maintenance, security, and coordinating functions in both small and large-scale contexts.

We are continuously recruiting Order Guardians (Security Guards) for our Event & Entertainment unit for year-round operations, primarily during evenings & nights.

This allows us to deliver security services of very high standards.

Your Role

As an employed Order Guardian at PRISMA Security, you are expected to create a sense of safety through your presence and contribute to maintaining public order at events.

• You possess strong social skills and a willingness to help fellow human beings in need of support.
• We believe you are a service-oriented, calm, and organized person who can handle stress.
• You are independent but also work well in a team.
• Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and attentive person who makes those around you feel safe.

What are the requirements for the position?

• You must have a high school education with passing grades in Swedish and English.
• For employment within PRISMA Security, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company.

Salary

Salary & compensation according to collective agreement, plus allowances for travel, parking, group leader allowance, acting group leader allowance, and individual considerations.

Selection is conducted on an ongoing basis.

Previous experience working at events is meritorious.
