About the role

TYRI Lights is an industry-leading company in lighting for off-road and work vehicles, focusing on developing high-quality and smart lighting solutions for sectors such as construction, agriculture, forestry, mining, material handling, and Off-Road.

We are now looking for a Production Technician to serve as a key support for our SMD line and electronics production, with a focus on ensuring stable operations, high quality, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with production in an environment where processes and working methods are constantly evolving, contributing to strengthening the team's cross-functional competence.

Responsibilities

The role of Production Technician involves providing daily technical support to the electronics production, with a strong focus on optimizing processes, managing quality, and driving continuous improvements to ensure stable and efficient production.

Examples of tasks include:

• Daily technical support for the SMD line and production
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving within processes and equipment
• Working on process improvements and optimization
• Driving quality work and deviation management
• Performing maintenance and preventive maintenance
• Participating in the introduction of new products and processes
• Contributing to the standardization and documentation of working methods

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in production technology, process technology, or a similar technical role in electronics production
• Has good technical understanding and is accustomed to working operationally close to production
• Has experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment
• Has a genuine technical interest and a willingness to learn new areas
• Has a good understanding of IT systems that support production
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

• Post-secondary technical education in electronics or a corresponding field
• Experience in quality work and deviation management
• Experience in preventive maintenance
• Experience in testing processes within electronics

Other information:

• Working hours: 07:00–15:30.
• Availability for shift work is required; in the long term, we will work in two shifts.
