About the role:

As a Service Coordinator, you have a central and operational role where you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on service and maintenance efforts.

You ensure that the right resources are in place at the right time and work in a fast-paced environment with many contact points, both internally and externally. The role involves daily coordination of technicians, planning for assignments, and handling changes and rescheduling.

You work closely with the customer, participate in meetings, and follow up on ongoing work, while also being responsible for administration, order processing, and invoicing in the business system.

We are looking for someone who:

Has technical understanding, preferably within hydraulics or a similar field – or alternatively, a strong ability to quickly acquire technical knowledge.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in planning, coordination, or production planning (meritorious)
• Good system proficiency, preferably SAP and Excel
• Fluent Swedish and good English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

As a person, you are structured, flexible, and meticulous. You are communicative, customer-oriented, and thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility and handle several parallel tasks.
