Skoj is an entrepreneur-driven consulting group founded over ten years ago by Henrik, Ludde, and Bernhard. Here, challengers are shaped into entrepreneurs, ideas become new companies, and ambition turns into pride. Skoj’s three consulting companies – Hejare, Theodora Tech, and Värna – are now looking for a leader who can sharpen the direction, strengthen leadership, and take a group with great potential even further.

We collaborate with clients who take technology seriously and have high demands for the consultants they work with, within software, data, and AI. This client base keeps the entire group sharp.

Here you will meet three niche tech consulting companies with a strong identity, the right clients, and an ownership structure that actively wants to see the group grow.

Skoj knows where it wants to go: a consulting company with the right people, a sharp business model, and a culture that lasts. Now we need someone who can take us from ambition to reality. In practice, this means three things: strengthening and developing leadership, driving the business forward, and keeping the culture alive as we move quickly.

A large part of this work takes place through the three company managers, where you are the one who inspires them, challenges them to grow, and serves as a secure support when needed. Beyond the existing companies' growth and potential lies the next chapter for Skoj: growing even more.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have done this before. You understand the consulting business deeply and know what it truly takes to build a tech organization. You know how to bring intelligent, ambitious people along without losing sight of high standards, and you are confident enough to take full operational responsibility.

The most important thing is not exactly where you have worked, but how you think and how you act when it is time to make difficult decisions. You are commercial, used to working proactively towards clear goals, and thrive on driving multiple initiatives in parallel.

We would like you to have:

• A background in the tech and consulting industries
• Experience leading and developing other leaders
• Experience scaling a business, and knowing what it requires
• The ability to combine close relationship building with clear demands
• Comfort with a high pace of change, and thriving in it
