For our client, we are currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator responsible for both payroll and HR administration at an exciting company in central Stockholm. You will become part of a team working from the office five days a week in pleasant premises.
The position is a contract-to-hire role with immediate start, meaning you begin as a consultant for six months with a good opportunity to transition into a permanent employment directly with the client.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will have a broad and varied role where you are responsible for payroll administration and HR support in close collaboration with an external payroll provider. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and quality assurance of payroll data and payroll runs
- Administration of employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel documentation
- Monitoring absence, vacation, and other personnel-related matters
- Reporting key figures and HR statistics to management and HR
- Contact with authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and the Tax Agency
- Supporting managers and employees in payroll and HR matters
- Developing and streamlining routines, processes, as well as working with payroll audits and payroll mapping
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in payroll, HR, or personnel administration and at least 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration and HR administrative work. You have a good understanding of the entire payroll process, experience with collective agreements and labor law, and are accustomed to working in HR systems, preferably Flex HRM. It is meritorious to have worked in a coordinating role towards an outsourced payroll company.
As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and self-initiating with a strong service focus. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and enjoy combining administration with improvement work.
