The units Solhagen and Mora Gård at Hagastiftelsen are now seeking employees for our residential care and day activities. Hagastiftelsen operates based on an anthroposophical view of humanity, focusing on respect, participation, and individual development. We offer support and care for people with autism and additional psychiatric conditions in a calm and nature-oriented environment.

Our open positions:

• 2 part-time employees for our residential care
• 1 full-time employee for our day activities at Mora Gård

Job Responsibilities – Residential Care

The role involves supporting and accompanying our residents in their daily lives according to individual needs and care plans. The duties also include practical tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and other household-related chores. Working hours include afternoons, weekends, and night shifts. The work also involves documentation, and we prefer that you have experience documenting according to established routines.

Job Responsibilities – Day Activities (Mora Gård)

The role involves supporting participants in their daily activities and creating structure in everyday life. The activities offer work opportunities in areas such as a bakery, as well as gardening and outdoor environments.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1–2 years of experience in healthcare and social care
• Has education in healthcare and social care, metalworker (metalskötare), or equivalent education
• Is responsible, flexible, and has good collaboration skills
• Has experience with documentation
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Knowledge of anthroposophy is an advantage but not a requirement. We offer meaningful work in a professional and family-like environment with dedicated colleagues and beautiful surroundings. A valid driver's license is required.
