I am 21 years old and live with my mother in Partille. Currently, I am in my final year of high school, and my interests are many and varied – I enjoy everything from floorball and running (frame running) to driving snowmobiles, ATVs, and skiing – there is always something happening here! 😊

I communicate using my iPad, so it is important that you are attentive, engaged, and willing to participate in our communication. You will help me with most things in daily life, both with activities and practical tasks, and become an important part of my life. With me, you will have the opportunity to participate in everything from training sessions and snowmobile trips to supporting in daily tasks such as cooking, mobility, communication, and personal care.

📌 I am looking for you who want to work 80% with a fixed schedule. Working hours are during the day, afternoons, evenings, and some nights with wakeful nights.

👤 To apply, it is important that you:

• 🚗 Have a driver's license.

• ⚡ Are active and like to come up with fun things – preferably interested in fitness.

• 💪 Have good physical strength and endurance.

• 🍳 Can cook and enjoy it.

• 📝 Speak and write Swedish fluently.

• 🌟 Are positive, driven, proactive, and flexible.

Scope & Work Arrangement:

• 📅 Start date: Immediately.

• 📊 Employment level: 80% on a fixed schedule.

• ⏳ Contract: Introductory shifts and approximately two months of hourly employment before the regular employment level is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role. If it feels good for both parties, the transition to permanent employment level can happen earlier.

• 🕒 Working shifts: Primarily day/evening shifts and daytime during weekends. Wakeful nights may also be relevant.

Recruitment Process & Employment Conditions

Recruitment Process

We continuously contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the final application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other concerned parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate of good conduct is required.

Child's Perspective in Recruitment

At ENKV, we carefully follow the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving work with minor clients also includes training on the child's perspective.

Employment Conditions

If you proceed in the recruitment process, you need to be able to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and time reports, you are required to have a BankID.
