Mikaeliskolan is looking for a dedicated special needs teacher or teacher of Swedish and Swedish as a Second Language. We are seeking someone with experience in teaching and providing support at both individual and group levels.
The position is 60% and is a fixed-term contract for the entire academic year 2026–2027. The primary responsibility is teaching at the lower secondary school level (grades 7–9).
We are looking for a qualified teacher or special needs teacher in Swedish and/or Swedish as a Second Language.
Mikaeliskolan is a Waldorf school, and we therefore value a genuine interest in Waldorf pedagogy. Knowledge or experience with this educational approach is a requirement.
You should have experience in assessing student performance, working with Swedish as a Second Language, and creating tailored lesson plans for students who need additional support. We are looking for someone passionate about making a difference and helping every student reach their full potential.
