With us, you have the world's most fun side job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities, while gaining experience and qualifications to work with leadership and groups.

Playing, having fun, and spreading joy to the children. It doesn't get much more fun than this! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotballskul, you get the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children aged 2–6 in a playful way. Our hope is that the children will be inspired to continue playing sports, and your leadership plays a big role in this.

💥 We are looking for you who:

• Love working with children
• Are cheerful, playful, and engaged
• Have football experience or general ball skills from other ball sports
• Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively have a long sports background and been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, childcare)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

🎯 Your goal should be to continuously work so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave each Fotbollskul session.

🎯 You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises in a playful and engaged manner, inspired by football and ball games developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues.

🎯 We work from a pre-planned session structure, meaning all exercises and games are fully planned. As a leader, you get the chance to focus entirely on spreading joyful movement! We focus on ball games, ball courts, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our leadership meeting where we train you in our specific concept.

📅 Employment Conditions

• Hourly employment
• The work runs during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Sundays from 10:30–12:30 at Kristinegymnasiet's gymnasium.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.
