Do you want a central role where service, structure, and delivery precision make a real difference? We are now looking for an Order Coordinator who will become an important part of the customer experience and our entire workflow.

About the Role
In this role, you will work with order processing and logistics planning for outgoing goods. We are proud of our high delivery reliability – and in this role, you are a key person for us to continue delivering with quality, on time, and with professional customer dialogue.

You work closely with field sales staff and collaborate with several functions within the business. You also maintain ongoing contact with wholesalers' buyers and other customers, providing technical advice regarding products and applications. You monitor deliveries, track inventory levels, and plan picking, packing, and transportation for outgoing goods. Additionally, you issue freight and export documents, report relevant statistics, and support the purchasing function.

The workplace is located on Svetsaregatan in Halmstad, and working hours are daytime Monday–Friday. You will become part of a family-like and engaged team in a market-leading company. We offer, among other things, wellness benefits, health activities, health insurance, and accident insurance.

About You
We are looking for you with experience in similar roles within orders, customer service, and/or logistics, and with a good understanding of workflows in a manufacturing company. You have extensive experience working in business systems; experience with Monitor ERP G5 is highly meritorious.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, structured, and comfortable with many contact points. You have a good sense of order, are solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team where people help each other to achieve common goals.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required for the position; Norwegian language skills are meritorious.
