We are now looking for a Business Engineer who wants to help develop future energy solutions in our customers' facilities. There is a demand for innovative energy services among companies in the Halmstad region, and we see a growing need for solutions within energy efficiency, energy optimization, operation services, as well as contracts within the energy and environmental sector.

Your Responsibilities

As a Business Engineer, you work close to the customer at the intersection of technology and business. You are responsible for developing and managing energy services that create long-term value for our customers.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Identify customer needs and transform them into sustainable and profitable business solutions
• Prepare calculations, business models, and decision support materials
• Participate in or lead projects from early analysis to implementation
• Manage and develop existing customer contracts
• Work long-term with customer relations and business development
• Collaborate cross-functionally internally to ensure quality in delivery and business

You belong to the Business Development and Sales department and are part of a team together with another Business Engineer.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a clear business focus combined with technical understanding, and who thrive in a role with many contact surfaces.

Requirements

• An engineering degree or other relevant technical background, for example within energy, technology, or systems, which the employer deems equivalent
• Good understanding of business development and customer value
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing work
• Work experience within the energy, electrical, or property industry
