At Meza Nuts AB, we are looking for an independent and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with a genuine interest in accounting, structure, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in our finance department, working broadly with accounting, administration, and customer contact in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with a friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Processing incoming supplier invoices
Customer invoicing and payment follow-up
Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
VAT and tax reporting
Preparing simple financial reports and analyses as needed
Basic payroll administration
Customer contact via phone and email
Handling receipts and expense reports
General office administration

We are looking for someone who:

Has extensive experience in accounting and basic payroll administration
Is independent, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems
Notices details but also understands and contributes to the bigger picture
Is computer literate and works confidently at an advanced level in Fortnox
Enjoys working with Excel and uses it as a tool for analysis and structure
Is curious, likes order and structure, and thrives on improving and streamlining routines
Enjoys collaboration and contributes to a positive workplace atmosphere
