About the role

Do you want to work as a consultant in varied assignments where you make a real difference?

We are now looking for more experienced consultants who want to work with us out at our customers' sites within the construction and industrial sectors.

With us, you are an employed consultant working on assignments for our customers. The assignments vary in length, scope, and complexity – but what they have in common is that you contribute your expertise where it creates the greatest value.

You will become part of our team while having the opportunity to work in different operations, projects, and organizations.

Our office is located in Skellefteå, but the assignments may be located throughout Norrland depending on the customers' needs and the scope of the projects.

We are looking for:

Occupational Health and Safety Consultants

• Drive and develop systematic work environment work (SAM)
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with requirements
• Support organizations with work environment issues

BAS-P / BAS-U

• Responsible for work environment coordination in construction and infrastructure projects
• Develop and follow up on work environment plans
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive safety work in projects

QES (Quality, Environment & Safety)

• Develop and follow up management systems
• Drive improvement work and audits
• Ensure standards and requirements are met

HSE Specialists

• Work operationally and strategically with health, safety, and environment
• Identify risks and drive preventive work
• Strengthen safety culture with the client

Project Managers and Foremen within construction, infrastructure, and industry

• Lead and distribute work in production or projects
• Ensure delivery according to schedule, quality, and work environment requirements
• Be an present leader out in the operations
