We are now looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who wants to drive and develop continuous improvement and process-oriented ways of working at our site in Bohus. Does that sound like you?

In the role of Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM), you have overall responsibility for driving and developing processes and improvement work across the entire site, in line with Nouryon's guidelines, policies, and goals. The role combines work with standardized processes and methods with building a long-term culture of continuous improvement and a Lean-based way of working within the organization.

In your future role as Continuous Improvement Manager, you will:

• Develop organizational capability by promoting, developing, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, as well as strengthening the organization's ability to use relevant tools and methods.
• Improve site performance by supporting and challenging the organization and management groups regarding direction and prioritization, as well as the implementation of improvement activities linked to defined key performance indicators.
• Drive and manage the site's improvement portfolio by identifying, validating, and leading new improvement initiatives.
• Lead and execute improvement projects, including planning, follow-up, and ensuring sustainable results.
• Lead and support the development of Nouryon Lean Foundations at the site.
• Support the organization in defining relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating good measurability.
• Ensure clear communication regarding implemented improvements.

We believe you have

• A university degree in chemistry, mechanics, or industrial engineering.
• Relevant industrial experience from, for example, production, maintenance, or QHSE.
• Leadership experience or a desire to develop as a leader.
• Ability to lead workshops and coach teams.
• Very good skills in Swedish and English.

It is a plus if you have

• Experience with Six Sigma, for example as a Black Belt.
• A desire to certify yourself within Nouryon's improvement framework.

A structured and analytical person with good communication skills and situational leadership. You have strong problem-solving abilities and thrive on driving improvements in complex environments.
