Bollerup Natural Resource Programme Upper Secondary School is an independent upper secondary school offering the Natural Resource Programme with specializations in Horse or Agriculture, as well as Vocational Introduction and Upper Secondary Special Education. Bollerup operates a full-scale farm and stud farm. We have milk, beef, pork, and crop production, as well as breeding of cattle, pigs, and horses.

Bollerup is beautifully located in the heart of Österlen.

Bollerup Agricultural Institute and Natural Resource Programme Upper Secondary School is seeking an engaged and relationship-building upper secondary teacher in Biology and Natural Science for a 50% position.

About the role

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• holds an upper secondary teacher degree
• has a valid teaching license
• has experience teaching at the upper secondary level
• has a B-driver's license and can transport themselves

We would prefer that you are a clear pedagogical leader with the ability to create structure, motivation, and security in the classroom. You are sensitive to students' different needs and prerequisites and have a supportive and developmental approach in collaboration with students, guardians, colleagues, and school management.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
