About the role

We are now looking for an Office Manager who wants to help create a workplace that people look forward to. Someone who makes everyday life run smoothly, ensures the details are in place, and keeps the culture alive – every day.

This is a role for you if you enjoy the combination of structure and energy. You ensure that the practical aspects always work, while actively contributing to building a strong culture and creating connections between people that make a difference.

You will work closely with the Head of People and be a key person in creating a top-class workplace experience.

What you will do

• Ensure the office is always in top condition.
• Keep track of everything from coffee to conference rooms.
• Coordinate suppliers, services, and practical office matters.
• Plan and execute internal events, after-work gatherings, and company activities.
• Find creative ways to strengthen culture, cohesion, and team spirit.
• Manage costs and budgets together with the HR Business Partner.

You are self-reliant and solution-oriented, with a natural ability to prioritize correctly and find ways forward when things don't go as planned. You communicate effortlessly in both Swedish and English and move confidently between different contexts with professionalism, warmth, and energy.

Extra plus (but not a requirement)

• Experience in office management, workplace, or event coordination.
• Experience from service industries, such as restaurants, hotels, or events, where you have worked closely with people in a fast-paced environment focused on service and experience.
