We are now looking for more personal assistants to join the team for a young adult woman living in Västerås. The position offers a varied working time of 50–90% according to agreement and need.

We are seeking a new employee, a personal assistant, for her team at a reputable and serious employer. We are looking for someone who thinks long-term and wants to support and help this woman with most aspects of daily life. As a person, you should be encouraging, enjoy being around people, and be patient. You must be able to work both independently and in a team, and be a flexible, engaged, and responsible person who is completely non-smoking.

She enjoys walking, cycling occasionally (tricycle), playing, doing puzzles, listening to music, bathing, and swinging, among other things. Therefore, it is important that you yourself enjoy moving around, both indoors and outdoors. It is also important that, as her assistant, you have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

The work is performed where the user is located, i.e., mostly in her home and immediate surroundings, but also during some activities, outings, and shorter trips once you know her well. She lives in a villa together with her family in a private part of the house, surrounded by beautiful, quiet, and pleasant surroundings in Västerås.

The work is part-time, 50–90% according to agreement based on need, with the possibility of more hours (full-time) sometimes. Working hours vary between daytime, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasionally some nights. There is also the possibility to take "extra shifts" when other staff are absent or on vacation.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are welcome to have experience with children or personal assistance, but it is not a requirement.

A driver's license and access to a car are meritorious, but not required. You will receive a thorough introduction and training before you are left alone with the user.

Employment conditions: Hourly wage and shift premiums are paid monthly, approx. 50–90% with the possibility of full-time (100%) sometimes.

Start date: As soon as possible with gradual ramp-up and training according to agreement. Interviews will be held continuously. Therefore, please obtain an extract from the police criminal record (442.3) as soon as possible.

To work as a personal assistant with us, you must present an extract from the police criminal record (442.3). It is important to note that the police processing time can be up to two weeks, so order your record extract as soon as possible. The extract will be requested during a potential interview.
