Dalslundskolan F-3 is looking for a solution-oriented, driven, and engaged preschool teacher/teacher in the after-school center

Dalslund F-3 is a 2-3 parallel F-3 school in Åkarp with approximately 230 students, distributed across 10 age-homogeneous classes, as well as 4 after-school center departments. The staff is organized in work teams containing different professional competencies.

Job Responsibilities

You work according to the after-school center mandate and contribute to students having an inspiring, creative, and challenging after-school stay with social interaction, good peer relationships, and competence for the future. Together with your colleagues, you drive the pedagogical development for the students and have a "whole-day perspective".

You will plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate the operations according to current governing documents and the operation's goals. As a preschool teacher/teacher in the after-school center at Dalslund F-3, you collaborate with guardians, student health services, after-school center developers, work teams, and other school staff, and you work together to achieve good quality in the operation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a Teacher in After-School Centers/Preschool Teacher and who are passionate about development and learning. It is an advantage if you are qualified in a practical/aesthetic subject such as music, art, or sports.

• You are well acquainted with current governing documents.
• You are proactive and create engagement and participation.
• You see it as important to have good relationships and find it easy to collaborate with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• You have a genuine interest in children's learning and a passion for your profession.
• You have the ability to see and meet each student based on the student's needs and conditions.
• You are a team player and relationship builder who inspires both students and your coworkers in our shared learning.
• You are digitally competent and use digital tools in learning situations with students in a natural way.

We need you who are wholeheartedly committed to the students and are a good role model for them, are flexible, and receptive to both students, guardians, and colleagues. There is currently staff qualified as teachers with a focus on after-school centers, and your competence will further contribute to raising the quality of our after-school center.
