We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for an exciting assignment in Stockholm.

In this role, you will become a central part of the Talent Acquisition team within People Operations, working closely with the business to ensure the right competencies – both for permanent positions and external consulting and vendor solutions.

You drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish and act as a strategic and operational support to hiring managers in an international and fast-changing environment.

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for both permanent positions and external resources

• Requirement profiling, sourcing, selection, and interviews

• Coordination and administration in ATS

• Stakeholder management and advisory support to hiring managers

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience

• Manage dialogue and collaboration with external partners and vendors

• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes, interview models, and working methods

• Have 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in-house

• Are confident in independently driving full recruitment processes

• Have experience with both permanent recruitment and consulting/vendor solutions

• Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment, preferably within tech or a similar industry

• Has strong stakeholder management skills and dares to challenge and support managers

• Is proficient with systems (e.g., LinkedIn, Greenhouse, ClickUp, Mural, Slack, etc.)

• Works in a structured, clear, and solution-oriented manner

• Has good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
