We are looking for a consultant for the role of Event & Office Manager at Multisoft! Together with their Office & Mood Manager, you will create the market's best office, drive daily services, and arrange events that strengthen the company culture.
About the role
Multisoft develops customized business systems through its own-developed low-code platform to automate and simplify their customers' daily lives. As an Event & Office Manager, you play a central role in driving, developing, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly in everyday life. You create memorable experiences through events and initiatives that strengthen the company's culture and community. The role is varied and requires a service-oriented and structured person who thrives on being the hub of the network. In this role, you work in close and flat-hierarchy collaboration with your closest colleague, their Office & Mood Manager, where you together function as the heart of the business to create a world-class workplace.
We are looking for a self-motivated team player who spreads energy through a flat-hierarchy focus on collaboration. You are naturally flexible and have the ability to adapt with a positive mindset when conditions change.
This is a long-term full-time assignment as a consultant at Multisoft, where you work office hours at their beautiful office in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities
The role involves both strategic event planning and daily office management to ensure an inspiring and well-functioning workplace.
- Events & Culture: Plan, coordinate, and execute memorable events and activities from start to finish to strengthen community.
- Office Operations & Environment: Drive and develop daily operations to ensure a professional, well-functioning, and welcoming work environment.
- Administration & Structure: Handle administrative tasks and parallel projects with strong prioritization skills, including practical efforts before events.
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience in service and administration
- Experience in planning and coordinating events
- Strong prioritization skills – you handle multitasking and a high pace without losing your structured approach
- Good language skills in Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience as an Office Coordinator/Manager or a similar role
