Do you want to work in a small, family-like operation where commitment, quality, and the best interests of the children are the focus? We are now looking for a driven and caring childcare worker for our private preschool and after-school center.

We are a parent cooperative running both a preschool and an after-school program. We are an operation with a big heart and high ambitions. Here, every child is seen, heard, and given the opportunity to develop at their own pace. We place great emphasis on security, presence, and pedagogical quality.

As an educator here, you will become an important part of a committed team where we together create an inspiring and developmental environment. You will influence the operation and contribute actively to our pedagogical work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and develop the pedagogical activities
• Work based on the curriculum with a focus on play, learning, and care
• Create close and trusting relationships with children and guardians
• Contribute to a positive work environment and good cooperation within the team

Qualifications

• Trained childcare worker
• Experience from working in a preschool or after-school center is an advantage
• You are flexible, responsible, and highly committed
• You thrive in a small organization where everyone helps out

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be provided for employment in preschool/school.
