Do you want to be the hub that keeps daily life running smoothly?

Vännäs Municipality is now looking for an experienced and engaged coordinator for the short-term accommodation at Slussen. There are 12 places for individuals who receive support and training before returning home, for respite care, or while waiting for other housing arrangements. Employees here work in close collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff. This is a role for you who thrive with responsibility, variety, and teamwork, and who want to make a difference by creating good conditions for employees and management in a socially important operation.

Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you contribute to creating good conditions for the staff in their daily work and support the manager in personnel and operational matters.

You work closely with staff and management, contributing structure, quality, and continuity to the daily work. The assignment is broad and varied, with a focus on administration, personnel, and coordination. We work in systems such as TimeCare, Wisma, etc.

As a coordinator at Slussen, you will have a meaningful and developmental job in a secure, multiprofessional team consisting of assistant nurses, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, among others. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant education and/or experience in healthcare and social care work.
  • Administrative education or equivalent experience is meritorious.

As a person, you are secure and communicative. You have integrity, appreciate order and structure, and are motivated by supporting others to ensure the operation functions in the best possible way.

Your introduction is tailored to your individual needs, where you receive all necessary training so that you and your colleagues can achieve the operation's goals together.

You have a good approach and understand that relatives of our guests constitute an important resource for the individual. We want you as an employee to contribute to the operation's good work environment through your engagement and willingness to be part of the team.
