You will contribute to a secure and meaningful everyday life for a 27-year-old young woman with extensive care needs. She communicates with assistive devices and understands everything that is said, even though she does not speak herself. Therefore, good knowledge of Swedish is important to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and ensure that everyday life runs smoothly.
👉 The position involves waking nights at approximately 67% + on-call duty according to schedule. With a fixed schedule, you have good lead time and better opportunities to plan your daily life and know when you are working. The work requires commitment, responsibility, and stability, but also offers the opportunity to truly make a difference in someone's life.
⭐ We believe that you:
Have a natural ability for care and notice the little extra details.
Have experience in personal assistance or education as a nurse assistant – meritorious but not a requirement.
Have a driver's license and your own car – meritorious, but there are good bus connections if you do not have a car.

Physically fit and flexible – can assist with transfers and practical tasks in a safe and secure manner.
Communicative – experience or interest in alternative communication; good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Non-smoker – contributes to a healthy and pleasant work environment for everyone.
Scope & Work Arrangement:
📅 Start date: Immediately.
📊 Employment level: 67% active time + on-call.
⏳ Contract: Introductory shifts and approximately two months of hourly employment before regular employment level is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
🕒 Work shifts: Fixed waking night shifts + on-call once a week.

Recruitment Process & Employment Conditions
Recruitment Process
We contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview on an ongoing basis. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the final application deadline. Your application is processed by staff at ENKV Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other concerned parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate of good conduct is always required.
Child's Perspective in Recruitment
At ENKV, we carefully follow the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment where you work with minor clients also includes training on the child's perspective.
Employment Conditions
If you proceed in the recruitment process, you need to be able to prove your identity and demonstrate that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and time reports, you are required to have a BankID.
