Are you studying HR and want to combine HR administration, office management, and culture in a modern scale-up environment? We are looking for an ambitious student who wants to develop long-term within HR and contribute to a positive workplace.
About the role
Here you will work closely with the HR team in an international scale-up company with a fast pace and strong corporate culture. The role is varied and combines HR administration, onboarding, office management, and internal activities.

Responsibilities
This role involves a broad spectrum of tasks within both HR and office administration, where you will contribute to creating an efficient and pleasant workplace.
- Support the HR team in administrative processes, onboarding, and contract management
- Ensure the office is organized, pleasant, and functioning well on a daily basis
- Handle orders, contact with suppliers, as well as simpler administration and occupational health and safety issues
- Plan internal activities and contribute to a positive, social, and inclusive corporate culture
- Participate in developing internal processes and the employee handbook
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying HR or a similar field and will graduate in Spring 2027
- Has a strong interest in working long-term within HR
- Has very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Thrives in a social role with many contact points
- Is unpretentious, flexible, and enjoys changing environments
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., HiBob)
- Previous experience in a similar role
