Operations Manager – Technical and Operational Control

About the role

In the role of Operations Manager, you work closely with the CEO and the board and become a central part of the company's continued development. You are responsible for the operational activities, together with an Operations Manager focused on personnel and economic control from project start to finish, ensuring that projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

You lead the business together with other functions within the management group and work actively with planning, follow-up, customer dialogue, and personnel management.

Examples of tasks:

• Operational management of projects and business
• Responsible for production, time, and personnel planning
• Lead and follow up on projects from establishment to completion
• Conduct customer meetings and follow-ups during the projects
• Ensure that occupational health, environmental, and quality requirements are met
• Work according to ISO processes and internal safety routines
• Conduct risk analyses and documentation according to current regulations
• Responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment return in good condition
• Drive improvement work and develop the business together with the management

We are looking for you who

• Have a university degree in engineering in construction, civil engineering, or similar
• Have experience in leadership roles within the construction, contracting, or civil engineering industry
• Have experience in project management, business control, and personnel responsibility
• Have good technical understanding and interest in machines and production
• Are accustomed to working with safety and quality issues
• Have good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious:

• Experience as site manager, foreman, or production manager
• Experience in earthworks and civil engineering projects
• Experience in logistics and resource planning
• Knowledge of Spanish
