Do you want to work in an organization with an important societal mission? We are now looking for a Payroll Administrator with a focus on travel management for an engaged and welcoming team at our client in Visby.
You will become part of an authority whose work contributes to improving people's living conditions around the world. In this role, you help create the prerequisites for operations by supporting managers and employees within payroll administration and travel management.
About the roleYou will become part of a competent team that works close to the operations and supports managers and employees in matters related to payroll and travel administration. The role has a special focus on travel management and travel claims, where you are responsible for ensuring correct documentation and reimbursements in accordance with current regulations and internal procedures.
The team consists of engaged colleagues with mixed experience levels and ages in an open and pleasant working environment in Visby. There is a strong focus on collaboration, helpfulness, and supporting each other in daily work.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things work with:
- Registration, review, and handling of travel claims and expenses
- Handling of per diems, mileage allowances, and other travel reimbursements
- Ensuring that documentation follows the Swedish Tax Agency's rules and internal policies
- Supporting managers and employees in matters regarding travel claims and payroll administration
- Administrative tasks related to the payroll process
- Contributing to structure, routines, and process work in the area
The work takes place primarily in Heroma and involves ongoing contact with both managers and employees.

You can be at the beginning of your career and have recently studied payroll, or have a few years of experience in the field and will then also have tasks accordingly. The most important thing is that you are driven and curious.
We would like you to have:
- Experience of payroll administration
- Good knowledge of per diems, travel agreements, tax issues related to travel and expenses, as well as collective agreements
- Good administrative skills and high attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Experience of working against deadlines
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience with the Heroma system
- Experience from the public sector or municipal operations
- Experience with large payroll volumes
- Experience supporting managers and employees

This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO. The assignment starts immediately and extends until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
What we offer- Scope: Full-time 40h/week.
- Employment type: Favorable consulting agreement via OIO, with opportunities for extension.
