Are you a sensitive and goal-oriented person who wants to create positive change for people? Then this might be the job for you. In this role, we are looking for someone who is interested in people and driven by coaching, strengthening, and developing others. You will work within the framework of the "Rusta och Matcha" service, where the vision is to reduce unemployment and social exclusion. Your coaching takes place both through individual conversations and at a group level through lectures and workshops. The role also involves networking with companies and employers to match existing recruitment needs with your participants' competencies. • Conduct individual coaching sessions
• Map participants' competencies, strengths, and needs
• Support job seekers with practical aspects (e.g., CVs and cover letters)
• Plan and conduct group activities for job seekers
• Establish contact and network with employers
• Administer and report according to the Swedish Public Employment Service's guidelines

Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits.

Work experience: At least two years of full-time work experience. Part-time work may also be accepted if the total accumulated work time equals full-time over two years.

Education: At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.

Work experience: At least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Work leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
• Work with labor market and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

(Part-time work may also be accepted if the total accumulated work time equals full-time over three years).
