Are you an experienced sheet metal worker/mechanic looking to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop on Gotland?

Your responsibilities will include:

As a sheet metal worker/mechanic at Werksta Visby, you will join an engaged team focused on high quality, efficient workflow, and excellent customer service. You will perform bodywork and mechanical repairs on passenger cars according to manufacturer and insurance company guidelines, as well as the workshop's own procedures. You will collaborate closely with estimators, painters, and other workshop staff to ensure accurate and safe repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and service tasks related to damage cases.

• Install and remove parts, and restore vehicles after repairs.

• Use modern measuring and repair tools and document completed work in our systems.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow in the workshop and high customer satisfaction.

• Ensure that all work meets the workshop's quality and safety standards.

• Contribute to an organized, safe, and pleasant work environment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with relevant vehicle education or several years of experience in bodywork and mechanical work, preferably within the damage repair industry. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have a technical interest. Experience working with premium or other modern vehicles is an asset.

• Experience from a damage repair workshop or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

• Class B driver's license is required.

• Structured, service-oriented, and a team player.

• Solution-oriented, flexible, and open to learning new technology and working methods.

• Experience with advanced measuring technology or specific brands is an asset.
