We are a school in the beautiful and nature-rich municipality of Höör, now looking for a new team member to join our team of dedicated and professional educators. We are a small F-6 school where we work together to create an inspiring and safe learning environment for our students.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for you who want to work with teaching in the after-school center (fritidshem) as well as being a resource in the school.
In this role, you, together with other staff, are responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing the operations for both the school and the after-school center. You work based on the curriculum's mission for the after-school center and actively contribute to further developing the operations together with your colleagues.
After-school pedagogy permeates the entire day. The focus is on teaching in the after-school center, but you are also involved in the school's operations during the day, for example in break activities and as support in teaching. You will work with children aged 6–12 and teach both your own groups and classes, both in the after-school center and in school.
QUALIFICATIONS
- After-school pedagogy degree or primary school teacher degree with eligibility to teach in the after-school center.
- Competence in special education and/or literacy development is desirable.
- Experience from working in after-school centers and primary schools is meritorious.

You have great flexibility and commitment to working with all children, regardless of prerequisites. You have the ability to see both the individual and the group, and actively work to create an inclusive and positive environment for all students. You should have a positive view of students, but above all, you should be a person who feels joy, enthusiasm, and curiosity about the task and the challenges the profession entails. You work systematically but are also flexible and see opportunities in change. You find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, guardians, and other actors.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.
Working hours: Daytime.
The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and provided it does not need to be taken for internal use.
