Your future challenge

The Integrated Logistic System (ILS) section is organized under the engineering department within Hägglunds. The main responsibility for ILS is to ensure the provision of everything required for the long-term use of the vehicle system sold to the customer. This involves developing maintenance concepts, providing spare parts, creating instruction manuals, conducting training, and supplying training equipment to customers to enable both repairs and operation of the vehicle. This work takes place in a project format before, during, and after the delivery of the vehicle.

The ILS Sub Systems Management (PIM) unit currently has six employees. We need to grow further to handle upcoming project commitments for our customers. Within the unit, there are DPL ILS, Supplier Coordinators, and Spare Parts Coordinators.

Examples of typical tasks for an ILS Project Manager:

• Supporting the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) both internally and externally.
• Supporting the ILSM with quotation material by leading the quotation work for the subsystem.
• Monitoring, coordinating, and quality assuring activities and deliveries within ILS in accordance with the contract.
• Planning and monitoring the subsystem in the economic follow-up system, in DevOps, and on visual planning.
• Monitoring and ensuring that development takes place within budget and according to plan against previously established internal contracts.
• Collaborating with other project managers within the organization to consider dependencies between the development of the support system and the vehicle system.
• Collaborating with other project managers and the Systems Engineering Manager ILS (SEM ILS) to fulfill system integration responsibilities.

Reporting is done functionally directly to the Head of ILS Subsystems Management (PIM) and in projects to the ILS Manager.

The person you are

Your leadership qualities are important to us. You have the ability to create a good working climate in the group, you have good collaboration skills, and you can communicate with both employees and our customers in a clear, structured, and straightforward manner. We are looking for someone who is a leader today and who has a desire to continue developing. You have an academic education as a foundation or equivalent practical experience.

Military background or experience with our products, such as work in technical publications and training, is advantageous. Basic IT skills in the Office package are required, and experience working in business systems is positive. We are part of a global concern with many foreign customers, so you need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
